Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The following are non-refundable:

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or modification
  • Custom or special-sized products (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

Quality Issues If you receive a defective item or one that does not match the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
